Problems with received items
- If you are not happy with the products that you have received, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help resolve any issues.
- We refund items if they are defective, damaged or if the product does not fit the description upon arrival.

Shipment Processing Time:
We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. After your payment is verified, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays . Purchases made after 9 am CET will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
If we are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of significant delay (delayed by 4+ days) in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email address linked to your order. Note: most items will be sent separately.
We offer free shipping worldwide. Our estimated delivery time is between 14-30 days depending on where the order was placed from. You will receive your order anywhere from 14-30 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.
